Morgan Fielder is a mom of 2 gorgeous girls, wife of a rebel and has been practicing physical therapy and investing in real estate for 15+ years in East Asia, Europe, and the East and West Coasts of the USA.
Her passion is educating and empowering people on their personal journey, whether guiding soldiers and veterans in the clinic as a physical therapist, collaborating with 11 member nation clubs as the European Cornhole Commissioner, or as a mentor for real estate investors.
After graduating the United States Naval Academy with a degree in economics and a clinical doctorate in physical therapy at University of Rhode Island, her professional journey has taken her from leading multilateral NATO operations, business to business residential mortgage lending, real estate investing, and clinical health care.
Her insights come from finding the similarities between the bio-psycho-social model of healthcare & the impact investing model of social-environmental-economic sustainability.
She's curious about the connection.
Aaron grew up in Vermont playing baseball, football, and basketball and doing his best to go to as little class as possible. Despite his best efforts he graduated high school and decided a career as a ski bum would be ideal. A year later he enlisted in the Navy, one of the best choices in his life. 3 years in the Navy he found himself at the US Naval Academy as class president and upon graduation joined the US Marine Corps and served two tours in Iraq.
His love of building and real estate led him to the commercial construction industry around Boston where he worked as a project engineer until transitioning to a consulting position with an Army master planning division in Pyeongtaek Korea.
After receiving a masters in Sustainable Urban Development from Oxford Aaron moved back to the U.S. as a resource efficiency manager and later as the regional energy advisor for all USMC installations on the West Coast. The opportunity to live in Europe presented itself. Unable to resist, he currently works international affairs in Germany for the US military.
A passion for the build environment, sustainability, and architecture led Aaron to create the Sustainable Investors Group with his wife Morgan in 2019. Their new adventure takes them to many places in search of sustainable real estate and excitement across the world.
